Live, Laugh, Love

This is what life is all about! Living, laughing (and for those of you that know me, there is LOTS of laughter) and of course, loving! I started reading the book Eat, Pray, Love and even though I'm only half way through the book and saw most of the movie (Gloria and I went to the midnight showing and naturally I fell asleep in some parts) I know that life is determined by the choices we make and the journeys that we seek out. I'll read the rest of the book next week on my flight to New York and since I'm feeling generous I won't make David take me to the theater to see the movie. A DVD date it is!
But these are some of my favorite pictures and memories with my family. I absolutely love pictures and the stories that are captured in each photo. The first one of Dad and Sandino is great! I took that picture this year in Nicaragua and we all laughed that he resembles Sandino very much in this photo. Long lost brothers??! Now that Recy is in Nicaragua, we look forward to making a trip there. David has only been to Honduras and I'm trying to convince him that there is internet, hot water, and paved roads in Nicargaua. I guess I'll just have to take him so that he can see it all for himself!

  3. Tatiana you certainly have a gift to express with the best possible words the world you live in. Yes the pictures say a lot but you extract every ounce of their sentiments, feelings and emotions and make us feel what you feel and live what you live. Thanks for making us part of your world by sharing with us, thanks for taking us for a moment away from our own stories to live yours. God bless you and yours abundantly!!!

  4. Tati, I have many friends & family requesting on how they can bless you (the Family) with help. Some have mentioned to send flowers, gift cards (either for a grocery store) or money directly. I have been overwhelmed with the amount of people wanting to help and it truly is a blessing. Is there any way you could add a pay pal or something to this blog to direct everyone to read and send their desired gift here directly? We are truly blessed to have so many loving people around us.

  5. Tati, I am right there with Ana! For all of us that want to be there and can't physically....we want to somehow demonstrate our support. Please add something that would let anybody that is interesting in blessing, supporting or donating to yours and your dad's speedy recovery. A donate button that is connected to a Paypal acct would be a great idea!!!

  7. Sorry for being out of touch all week! Finally made it to my mom's house and getting to post again. I can't find a way to add any sort of icon. I thought I was pretty tech savvy, but not seeing how I can. I'm posting all the hospital info and address in my next blog. I'll try and see if I can figure it out too.
